Cycle Classes at Sync

Whether you’re in search of the perfect spin or yoga class, Sync offers the best of both worlds. Choose between a variety of options including SYNC+, a fantastic 30 minute cycling session followed by 30 minutes of yoga, or just dive headfirst into RIDE, a 45 minute cycling class inside Sync’s amphitheater-style spin studio. Equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system, our spin classes really are a party on a bike. Choose the class that’s best for you and know that either option will push you to ride it out, sweat it out, burn those calories, and get stronger. What matters most to us at Sync is that you are pushing the body and getting your sweat on.

Our instructors are knowledgeable and take pride in spreading their expertise about health and fitness. Every one of them has gone through vigorous training from our head instructors. Classes at Sync never get stale. We change the format daily and allow our instructors the freedom to express their skills, unlike our competitors’ scripted programs.

Spin Class Options

SYNC+ will turn your stress into sweat. This signature class of cycle & yoga strengthens, balances, and detoxifies your entire body and mind. Set to an energizing playlist, this class begins with 30 minutes of cycling in our spin room equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system; followed by 30 minutes of yoga powered by infrared heat that will move you through postures and connected breath. It’s both a cardio and strength workout. You’ll just have to sweat it to believe it.

RIDE is part party and part sweat fest set to pulsing beats from today’s biggest pop hit makers in our state-of-the-art sound-system chamber. This cycle class combines elements of traditional cycling and hand weights for the upper body, in order to make you look and feel like a better version of yourself. RIDE classes are 45 minutes and the spin studio is NOT heated.

Cycling Shoes Rental

At Sync, we offer Giro cycling shoes and Manduka mats to rent, in addition to complimentary towel service, Manduka blocks, straps, resistance bands, sliders, and free weights.  We have an Elkay filtered water station, however we ask that you please bring your own bottle. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class. Late arrivals run the risk of not being admitted.
