SYNC TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

You agree to these terms and conditions upon making purchase.

1. First Week FREE: New Clients ONLY. Expires 7 days after the purchase date. Billing information is required with NO charges to credit card. Local ID must be shown upon first visit.

2. Monthly Unlimited and Monthly Tiers (Auto Pay ONLY): Monthly payments are automatic until cancelled by client.

3. Class Packages (NO Auto Pay): Class packages expire 3 months from purchase date. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Cancellations: All credit card cancellations require a fifteen (15) days prior to new billing cycle email notice to info@syncla.com. There is no penalty for timely cancellations. There will be no refund option available if a new billing cycle has been charged.

5. Credit Cards: All purchases, including FREE purchases, require to keep a credit card on file AT ALL TIMES. Monthly Unlimited and Monthly Tiers purchases require recurring auto pays from a credit card. If a credit card is declined or removed from the account, clients are granted a 24-hour grace period to update the billing information before the account is suspended.

6. Recurring Payment Authorization: I understand that I will be charged each billing period for all auto pay products. The charges will appear on my credit card statement on the same day each month until I choose to cancel. I authorize regularly scheduled charges to my credit card.

7. Booking Cancellations: Booking cancellations must be done at least 1 (one) hour before the start of class to avoid late cancellation fee of $10.

8. Account Freeze/Holds: Payment freeze/holds can be implemented on a case by case basis by sending the request to info@syncla.com. Sync will charge $20 per month to freeze payments and to hold accounts to guarantee your current payment plan upon re start.

9. Wait List: Classes are offered to the waitlist on a first come, first served basis through email.
